Lisa Capitos is a Licensed Title Insurance Producer and Settlement Specialist who joined McAllister, DeTar, Showalter & Walker LLC/Tidemark Title Company in 2024. She brings with her a well-rounded background in real estate, having worked in various areas of the industry over the years. Lisa holds both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Pennsylvania State University, where she cultivated her strong foundation in business and service.
In addition to her real estate experience, Lisa most recently owned and operated a charming bed and breakfast in the quaint, time-honored town of Oxford, Maryland, a venture that combined her entrepreneurial spirit with her love of hospitality.
Originally from just outside Washington, D.C., Lisa relocated to Maryland’s Eastern Shore with her family in 2018. She now calls Oxford home and enjoys spending her free time gardening and carefully restoring the historic Victorian house she lives in.
