Katie Callahan is the Director of Operations at Tidemark Title, where she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the title company to ensure the provision of efficient, compliant, and high-quality service. Katie has received increasing responsibility for the Title Company’s operations since its inception, of which she was an integral part, building on her extensive paralegal experience charged with coordinating all aspects of a real estate transaction. Her expertise spans complex commercial, residential and agricultural acquisitions, as well as other real estate financing transactions. As the market and closing process evolve, Katie and her team are continually working to keep Tidemark Title at the forefront of the industry and a partner to its clients through the closing process.
Katie began her career with Miles & Stockbridge in 2007, before joining McAllister, DeTar, Showalter & Walker (MDSW) upon its founding in 2016, where she has consistently excelled as a problem solver for both attorneys and clients alike. She earned her A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Chesapeake College in 2011 and is a licensed title insurance producer. Katie enjoys spending her free time with her family, coaching her children’s sports, running and exercising.
